A man only gets one mother and in her eyes
he will always be a priority.
But when he makes a commitment to another woman,
the role she once held as leading lady in his life
can take a back seat.
Now for some this isn't a problem, but for others drama
can arise when the wife feels he isn't taking a stand
and putting his new family first.
So ladies and gentlemen:
Should a man put his wife over his momma?

I feel once you get with a woman there comes a time in your life that yes, the lady you are with should come first. Some men grow up still wanting to be responsible for the caring of their mothers but that no longer is their responsibility. That man has to make a life with his woman and the mother has to realize she is not his woman and it's not his responsiblity to care for her like her man would if she has one.
I feel a mother should understand there are different relationships with different people. Also there are different stages in life that changes the mother and child relationship. I would say its not the matter of choosing a wife over your mother but simply a part of a mans transition in life. However if there is a conflict the wife comes first. So id say yes just not in those word lol
