There are many ways to sell out.
When you abandon who you are to become
who you are not, that is selling out.
a. follow a paycheck and not your passion
b. marry outside of your race
c. abandon your community
d. stay silent when you should speak up
e. choose abuse and neglect over love and respect

If I had to choose from the options given, I'd say A, C, D and E. Marrying outside your race is not selling out. You can't help who you love...as long as they (no matter the race) loves you back.
Abandoning your community is a tricky one. You should never forget where you come from! However, if you need to physically leave your community in order to better yourself, then no one should have a problem with that, and if they do, so what?! It's your life and no one can tell you how you should live it.
But in all honesty, "when you abandon who you are to become who you are not" is really the best answer.
Never forget who you are or where you come from because it has made you the person you are today.
